Kingsmill Business Park is located close to Kingston Town centre off Villiers Road. Desks are available for rent at Connect London’s offices at Unit 3 in open plan areas. Individual offices are not available but a small meeting room and a larger conference room may be booked at an extra charge. A kitchen is available for making drinks and snacks..

Merton Abbey Mills is a mix of offices, shops, markets, cafes and restaurants located next to the River Wandle in Merton SW19. In the 19th Century the site was used by William Morris, the renowned Arts & Crafts designer and textile maker. Later the Liberty company produced woven material in the buildings.

Desks are available for rent at 7 The Coles Shop at Merton Abbey Mills. These are in an open plan area with air conditioning. Individual offices are not available but a conference room can be booked for meetings. A small kitchen with fridge and microwave is available.
